David Doerr is a co-founder and President of iAero Group and serves on its Board of Directors. Doerr has over 25 years of experience as an executive leader building teams, scaling businesses, and executing on billions of dollars of transactions. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Business Development and President of the Tourism Division at Air Methods Corporation, a leading air medical transport and tourism operator with 450 aircraft and over 300 locations.

Jeff Conry has over 35 years of leadership experience in the airline industry, including leading several airlines as President or CEO. He’s been the leader of iAero Airways (fka as Swift Air) since 2011 and previously served with Sky King Airlines, Arrow Air, and Tradewinds Airlines. Conry is one of the most experienced leaders in the charter and freight airline industries with a proven track record in driving profitable growth in both up and down markets.
Amos Rodriguez

Amos Rodriguez has over 38 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically with aircraft maintenance. As President of iAero Tech (fka Miami Tech Aircraft Maintenance) since 1998, he leads this FAA-approved repair station and line maintenance operation for all aircraft heavy maintenance and modification projects.

Tommy Mitchell brings 27 years of leadership and supply chain management experience in the aviation, energy, and healthcare industries with General Electric (GE). He has developed teams and factories around the world that use operations excellence to deliver customer results on a foundation of quality, safety, and integrity.
Jim Greiner

Jim has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, President, or COO in start-up and growth companies. His experience includes both aviation manufacturing and air tourism industries. He previously was President of Sundance Helicopters.
Paul Hechenberger
Senior Vice President & General Counsel, iAero Group
Paul Hechenberger has over 35 years of leadership, aviation, and manufacturing experience. He has advised three public, and numerous private, companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, M&A, governance, and compliance, while in-house counsel to Tyco Int’l, BBA Aviation and Spirit AeroSystems, and as a partner at Shutts & Bowen. Most recently he was Deputy General Counsel at Spirit AeroSystems. An EA-6B NFO, Paul retired from the US Navy in 2015 as a Captain, with 30 years of combined active and reserve service.
